RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at TrendVibe! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sharmarkem84@gmail.com with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue with our supplier.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
